BRAINROAD

IT projects and office setup.

Office moves, employee setup, migrations, and extra help for your IT team. Bryan plans and carries out the technical work, coordinates providers, and leaves your team with the access and instructions they need.

One-time projects are quoted for the job. Moving ongoing IT support to BrainRoad includes a separate agreement on monthly coverage.

Get people and new locations ready to work.

A new employee cannot start without a computer and accounts. A moved office cannot run on a disconnected internet line. Bring the dates and requirements; BrainRoad handles the agreed equipment, account setup, and provider coordination. We identify lead times and dependencies before promising a completion date.

  • Choose, purchase, configure, and track computers and other equipment.
  • Set up or remove accounts, licenses, permissions, and device access.
  • Coordinate internet, cabling, Wi-Fi, phones, printers, and meeting rooms.
  • Plan equipment retrieval, data transfer, and approved wiping or disposal.

Give your IT team extra hands.

Every day brings another urgent ticket, and the migration or rollout keeps slipping. Give BrainRoad a defined piece of the work. We agree responsibilities with your IT team, carry out the work, and leave documentation they can use.

  • Define the outcome, internal owner, and systems involved.
  • Plan access, testing, maintenance windows, and rollback.
  • Deliver the work with documentation your team can use.

Know what needs attention before buying more.

The bills keep coming, but it is unclear what the business still uses or what needs replacing. BrainRoad reviews the agreed systems, costs, backups, and recurring faults, then explains what to fix first and why. The assessment itself is quoted before paid investigation starts.

  • Record what exists, what works, and what creates risk or repeated work.
  • Prioritize repairs, replacements, and improvements with reasons.
  • Prepare a practical plan with responsibilities and separately quoted implementation.

Move your IT support to BrainRoad.

If the current provider leaves your staff managing technical work, discuss making BrainRoad your new IT provider. We agree on ongoing coverage and any onboarding costs, handle the agreed technical handover, and become your team’s support contact.

  • Tell Bryan what your current support leaves you doing yourself.
  • Approve coverage, access, timing, and costs before the change.
  • BrainRoad handles the agreed handover and ongoing support.

Before you hire BrainRoad

Can we hire you without a monthly plan?

Yes. One-time repairs, assessments, and projects receive their own scope and price. Ongoing care is a separate choice.

Can you work with our current IT team?

Yes. BrainRoad can take responsibility for an agreed project or share support duties with your staff or provider. We identify who owns each decision before work starts.

Can you improve what we already have?

Yes. Show us what is failing or creating extra work. We explain whether the existing setup can be fixed, what needs changing, and what it would cost before recommending a replacement.

Can you handle the vendor coordination?

Yes. Once you authorize access, BrainRoad can work directly with the relevant internet, phone, software, or equipment provider. You approve business decisions and costs; we handle the agreed technical work.

How do quotes and purchases work?

We agree on scope, price, required access, and any equipment or subscription costs before paid work begins. Hardware is passed through at cost with receipts; you can buy it elsewhere. Changes to the agreed scope need your approval.

What happens after I request help?

We review your description and contact you using the details you provide. The first conversation establishes the problem, urgency, and next step. If work is stopped now, call rather than waiting for a form reply.

How will we know the work is finished?

We agree on what needs to work, check it with you, and explain what changed. If anything remains, we identify the next step and who is responsible.

What if the delivered project does not work as agreed?

Report a reproducible failure to meet the agreed scope within 30 days of acceptance. We investigate and correct our work without an additional labor charge under the project workmanship terms. New requirements and unrelated faults are assessed separately.

What happens to our accounts and documentation?

Your accounts and supplied content stay yours. Paid, completed custom work is portable, subject to disclosed third-party licenses. Standard export and handoff have no extra exit fee. Your written scope identifies the deliverables and any customer-specific exceptions.

Read payment, cancellation, ownership, and workmanship terms.

Talk through your IT project.

Internet installation, account access, and equipment deliveries can set the pace of a move or rollout. Start the free conversation while there is time to identify those dependencies. Bryan will discuss the responsibilities, checks, timing, and price before you approve the project.
