Start with the problem in front of you.
You do not need to choose a support plan or work out which company is responsible. Describe what fails, who is affected, and what you have tried.
- Email or account access
- Missing messages, Outlook problems, sign-in loops, and accounts nobody knows how to manage. Get Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and business email help.
- Phones, Wi-Fi, and shared devices
- Dropped calls, dead spots, lost connections, and printers or shared files staff cannot reach. Bryan follows the fault across your equipment and providers.
- Faxes that will not send or arrive
- Missing pages, failures after a phone change, or documents that never reach the intended inbox. Get business and medical-office fax help with sending and receiving checks.
- Computers, servers, and backups
- A slow workstation, unavailable shared files, a failing server, or backups you need checked. Get the problem investigated and a repair or recovery plan.
Caught between the computer, internet, and phone companies?
Each provider checks its part. Your staff still cannot finish the task. Bryan checks where the parts meet and handles the technical conversation with the companies involved.
After the repair, we check what you needed to do: send the message, place the call, open the file, or print the document. You know what changed and whether anything still needs a provider’s action.
Start with one job. The first conversation is free; you approve the investigation and price before paid work. No monthly plan required.

The first conversation is free. Tell Bryan what is happening; he will explain the next step and price before you approve paid work.
- Investigation and repair
- Most business investigations are quoted before they begin. Initial QuickBooks diagnosis is free; any repair is quoted afterward. Additional repair, equipment, or a provider change needs your approval.
- When a visit is needed
- On-site business work is $129/hr, with a two-hour minimum. Any travel fee is included in your quote. Remote business work is quoted for the job.
- After the work
- We check the task with you and explain what changed. You receive any remaining steps, provider dependencies, and the information needed to keep using the setup.
No monthly plan is required. Compare business prices or read the service and workmanship terms.
Arrange support before the next interruption.
Business Care is $119/user/mo, with a $349/mo minimum. It gives covered staff a support contact and puts the agreed computers, accounts, backups, and routine care into one monthly arrangement.
- A support contact for your staff
- When email will not open, a sign-in fails, or a printer disappears, covered staff can describe the problem to Bryan. They do not have to identify the cause before asking for help.
- Routine care for computers and accounts
- Updates, device security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace care, and agreed employee setup and access changes. We define the covered devices and accounts before service starts.
- Backups with a way to check recovery
- The plan identifies who handles backup setup, monitoring, and restore checks for the covered systems. You know what has been checked and what still needs attention.
- Someone to coordinate the technical work
- Wi-Fi, printers, phones, faxes, and shared tools can involve different providers. With your authorization, BrainRoad handles the agreed technical conversations and explains any decision or cost that needs your approval.
Before you commit, we list the covered people and systems, service hours, response arrangements, and any separate costs. Projects, hardware, subscriptions, travel, and regulated-compliance work are quoted separately when outside the plan.
Businesses of any size and existing IT teams are welcome. The scope determines what is included. Monthly care does not imply unlimited projects or 24/7 emergency response.
Ask what Business Care would cover for your team.Paying for IT support, but still doing the troubleshooting yourself?
If your staff still have to chase providers, diagnose faults, or explain the same setup each time, tell Bryan what the current arrangement leaves you doing. We can discuss making BrainRoad your IT provider.
- Agree on what changes.
- We define the support you need, the responsibilities BrainRoad takes on, the monthly price, and any separate handover or project costs.
- Plan the handover.
- You authorize access and approve timing. BrainRoad works with the outgoing provider on the agreed account, tool, and documentation changes. Current contracts and provider access can affect the plan; any planned interruption is agreed with you.
- Give staff their support contact.
- We check the systems being taken over and explain how to request help. Your team can report what is happening to Bryan, with the coverage and response arrangements already defined.
Help with the rest of the office, too.
The first call might be about the printer. The work may involve the network, accounts, backups, or another system. Explore the services below, or describe the problem and let Bryan help identify the next step.
Computer and business IT repair
Troubleshoot computers, email, printers, business software, and equipment that is interrupting work. Repair, replace, or reconfigure what is causing the problem.
Networks, Wi-Fi, and business phones
Set up and repair wired and wireless networks, firewalls, remote access, and business phone systems. Connect new offices and get existing locations working together.
Fax machines, online fax, and delivery problems
Troubleshoot failed sends, missing incoming faxes, busy signals, and fax problems after a phone-service change. Check the machine, line or adapter, online fax account, and destination involved. Coordinate with the phone or fax provider and use a non-patient test page to check sending and receiving with the intended office. Work and any provider charges are agreed before you commit.
Cybersecurity and account protection
Assess security, protect devices and email, configure multi-factor authentication and access controls, train employees, and respond to compromised accounts or systems.
Backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery
Recover lost data, set up and monitor backups for computers, servers, and cloud accounts, test restores, and plan how to get the business working after an outage.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, servers, and cloud
Move email and files, configure shared workspaces, upgrade servers, migrate virtual machines, and connect cloud and onsite systems. Plan the change, move the data, and test the result.
IT projects, consulting, and extra help for your team
Plan an office move, replace equipment, roll out software, connect locations, or finish a stalled project. BrainRoad can handle the work or work alongside your existing IT staff and providers.
Before you hand over the problem.
Do I have to change my internet, printer, or phone company?
Not necessarily. BrainRoad can work with your existing providers when their services fit the job and you authorize access. If equipment, service, or a subscription needs changing, we explain why and get your approval first.
Can I hire you for one problem?
Yes. The first conversation is free. Business investigations, repairs, and projects are quoted before paid work starts. Initial QuickBooks diagnosis is free; any repair is quoted afterward. You do not need Business Care to get help with a single job.
How quickly will someone respond?
We agree on service hours and response arrangements before ongoing support starts. Tell Bryan if work is stopped now. The published monthly price does not by itself include 24/7 emergency coverage or a guaranteed recovery time.
What if the provider has to fix it?
An outside line, a provider outage, or an account decision may need that company to act. BrainRoad explains the checks completed and handles the agreed technical coordination. The provider still controls its own repair and timing.
What happens to our accounts if we leave?
Your accounts, domains, and data stay yours. Cancel before the next monthly renewal, with no early-termination fee. Paid, completed custom work is portable subject to disclosed licenses, and standard export and handoff have no extra exit fee.
Read payment, cancellation, ownership, and workmanship terms.
