Know what happens next.

You bring the problem. BrainRoad handles the technical work.

  1. Tell Bryan what is happening.

What stopped working? Who is affected? What have you tried? Start in your own words. The first conversation establishes the next step.

  2. Decide after the price is clear.

You know the work, cost, and access needed before approving it. If a repair, replacement, or different provider makes more sense, we explain why.

  3. Check the thing you needed to do.

Print the document. Open the file. Make the call. We check the agreed task with you and explain what changed or what still needs attention.

A broken placeholder became a working business website.

Families can understand available care, coverage, and the next step from a phone or computer.

You don’t have to explain it perfectly.

A sentence about the problem and a way to reach you are enough. Bryan will contact you to discuss what to do next.

A few things you may be wondering.

Do I need to know what is wrong?

No. Tell Bryan what you were trying to do and what happened instead. A message on the screen or a description of the symptom is enough to start.

Can you help without a trip to a shop?

When the problem is suitable for remote help, yes. You arrange the session with Bryan and approve access while you are at the computer. Hardware work uses scheduled drop-off in Columbia. We discuss which approach fits before you book.

What if the computer is not worth fixing?

You get the reason and the useful options before approving a repair. If replacement makes sense, BrainRoad can recommend a computer for your needs and budget. Hardware is at cost with receipts, and you can buy anywhere.

Do businesses have to sign up for monthly support?

No. One-time repairs and projects receive their own scope and quote. Business Care is a separate choice for ongoing support. Your accounts stay yours.
