You need the call to work, not another restart.
- Calls drop or only one person can hear.
- We check the handsets or apps, local network, internet connection, and phone-service settings. Then we test incoming and outgoing calls from the places your staff work.
- Wi-Fi works at one desk and fails at another.
- We check coverage, equipment, and how devices connect. Get a plan for reliable work areas and guest access before buying more routers.
- The printer or shared files keep disappearing.
- A device can reach the internet and still fail to reach the rest of the office. We trace the local connection and access, then check the print or file task.
- Every call still goes to the owner’s mobile.
- Set up how calls reach the team, where unanswered calls go, and who sees the messages. We help configure the phone system around the way your business actually answers.
One person follows the connection across the pieces.
The internet company checks its connection. The phone company checks its service. The printer company checks its machine. Bryan checks where those pieces meet.
We start with an affected person, place, and task. Compare what works with what fails, investigate the relevant network and device settings, and give the provider useful findings when its repair is needed.
Your existing equipment is the starting point. If a replacement, cabling job, service change, or planned interruption is needed, Bryan explains why and includes it in the plan for your approval.
Test it where your team uses it.
Make and receive a call. Transfer it to another person. Walk to the desk that loses Wi-Fi. Open the shared file and print the document.
The checks follow the problem you hired us to solve. You get an explanation of what changed, any remaining provider action, and the details needed to manage the setup afterward.
Do we need to change internet or phone companies?
Only if the findings support it and you choose to. BrainRoad can coordinate with your existing providers and repair the setup you have.
Can you help remotely or come to the office?
Both. Remote investigation can resolve settings and access issues. On-site work is available for coverage, equipment, wiring, and faults that need someone there. The work and travel are quoted first.
What about an office move or a new location?
BrainRoad can plan and carry out the setup, including the provider changeover and checks before staff start using it. See office and employee IT setup.
Faxes need their own sending and receiving checks. See business and medical-office fax support.
Get this job handled. Decide on ongoing help later.
The first conversation is free. Tell Bryan what is happening; he will explain the next step and price before you approve paid work.
- Investigation and repair
- Most business investigations are quoted before they begin. Initial QuickBooks diagnosis is free; any repair is quoted afterward. Additional repair, equipment, or a provider change needs your approval.
- When a visit is needed
- On-site business work is $129/hr, with a two-hour minimum. Any travel fee is included in your quote. Remote business work is quoted for the job.
- After the work
- We check the task with you and explain what changed. You receive any remaining steps, provider dependencies, and the information needed to keep using the setup.
No monthly plan is required. Compare business prices or read the service and workmanship terms.
Stop making the same call to three companies.
Tell Bryan what each provider has checked and what your staff still cannot do. Let BrainRoad trace the problem and handle the technical follow-through.
